The Department of Gastroenterology provides consultations as well as performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients with gastrointestinal and liver diseases. Outpatient consultations are available at general gastroenterology clinics. Elective diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures are carried out at our Endoscopy & Colonoscopy Centre.
A dedicated team of specialist doctors is available around the clock for treating patients with upper or lower gastrointestinal bleeding. .The Department has a full range of latest Endoscopic facilities including ERCP and its related interventions and is providing round-the-clock service to the Gastro Intestinal emergencies like blood vomiting, foreign body ingestion and hepatic coma.
